Recognized on Fox News in NY "Happening Now" as the business of the week for Condor Aerial, Fred has successfully marketed to secure state mandates for the Secured Remote Alcohol Monitor (SCRAM). Serving as a corporate partner to the National Sheriff’s Association for Search & Rescue UAV systems, Fred’s contributions in the field of search and rescue, as well as defense munition systems, have led to collaborations with the FBI, NASA, Fish & Game, Border Patrol, DHS, US Militaries, DOD contractors, and various State and Federal Law Enforcement agencies.

As a distinguished military professional, Mike has served as Brigade Commander, Battalion Commander, and Deputy Director for Operational Testing & Evaluation in the DARPA US Army Hellfire Missile Program.
Additional experience includes roles as Aviation Unit Commander, Helicopter Instructor Pilot, and Attack Helicopter Pilot.
